Five at Five Questions

• When and how did you start on your photographic journey?

I started photography at 70 years when I retired in 2013. 2. I’ve never taken any classes or studied other photographers. I learned by asking a lot of questions of fellow photographers and joining my local Sierra Camera Club that has juried competitions. I’ve learned so much by having my photos critiqued.

• What subject do you like photographing the most?

I enjoy most photography subjects. While I don’t do formal portraits, I do enjoy environmental portraits. I love getting out to do landscapes whether country or urban. Macro is a favorite.
