Mother mare, he won't play with me, Send him to bed with no tea. You've told him and you told him twice, To play with me and be really, really nice. He's moody, sulky and just standing there, Mother mare, it just isn't fair. I want a brother who can share and play, Who won't shove me out of the way. Mother mare he's still standing there, Just like he doesn't have a flaming care. Send him to bed, and fill him with fear. Mother, mother, are you listening there? Send him to bed so I can gallop, laugh and cheer, About him in bed and me still out playing here.

Thanks Bren for joining in with this fun poem. I hope the brother relents and plays with him.
